QAM 12080 - The Fermilab Assessment Program aligns with requirements set in DOE O 414.1D and consists of Independent Assessments and Management Assessments at both the Laboratory and functional levels. Assessment topics are identified and planned by Fermilab employees. Assessments are conducted by Fermilab staff, other external parties, or members of the Department of Energy (DOE). The identification of assessment topics is guided by an evaluation of risks using a graded approach and conducted in accordance with applicable requirements
